FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Human Resources Business Partner for a rapidly growing client in the medical devices space. This company is well-known for the development of a proprietary technology and a one-of-a-kind patient support program focused on non-invasive pain relief.
So, what will you be doing as Human Resources Business Partner?
-Serve as the champion and advocate of our employees
-Own and develop all Human Resources functions
-Create and implement HR best practices
-Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
-Use a process-oriented approach to develop and implement key metrics (KPI)
What you will need to be successful:
-BS in Human Resources or another relevant field
-7 years of experience developing and leading Human Resource organizations
-Demonstrated ability to add value to employee experience
-Proven track record in identifying and securing talent
-Prior experience with Work Opportunity Tax Credits
Other things considered a plus:
-MBA
-Prior experience in a start-up environment
-Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
